My name is Lisa Lynette Greene and I am the founder and the artist, designer, and photographer for “The Sassy Dragonfly”, est 2023. If you knew me, you'd know that I am the Sassy One!
Born in the Rogue Valley, and raised here, in Alaska & California, the Medford & Ashland region has been my home since my family returned to the area in 1984.
I have been happily married to my husband Aaron for 30 years and I am the mother of a daughter, Mackenna, who works in the local wine industry.
I have been working with and creating digital photography for the past 25+ years.
During the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, I began water-coloring again -
a "hobby" I hadn't practiced in over 20 years.
Soon, I began working on a group of paintings that became my "Silhouette Series",
featuring wild animals, family pets, insects, fantasy creatures, and more.
What started as a fun pastime for my and my family's enjoyment soon turned into
working on commissioned pieces for local businesses and gift-givers.
Each piece contains a hidden HEART in the design and features plants and flowers that relate to the subject displayed; (eg African plants & flowers for a giraffe, or Asian plants & flowers for a koi fish).
I have also worked with home decor redesign, event planning/coordination, party planning, etc...almost anything but catering. I love sourcing creative pieces for these events, including covering concept design from invitations to parting gifts/goody bags.
A longtime Rogue Valley/Southern Oregon native, I continue to be inspired
by the world around me and my family and any medium I can get my hands on
to experiment with. I offer custom sizing on existing images & commission work.
I’m also expanding my retail selection to include Canvas Prints, Archival Giclee Prints, Posters, Greeting Cards, Stickers, Magnets, Pins, and more.
